Lean startup founder: TeamUP, RiteTag TeamUP - TBA (working on this one feverishly. Should be hot for lean project managers) RiteTag - This is one that I conceived and founded. RiteTag is the only tool that helps you identify hashtags - for 9 social networks (so far) - based on a query word, not necessarily a hashtag. Interactive RiteTag Reports show tweets/updates/photos/ebay offers/slideshow content that has gone out recently with a suggested tag, who is using the tag, how many times, and when the tag is used the most. From these hints, you decide which hashtags to use, tick boxes in a Report, and either save them as a Tag Set or copy to clipboard and use with your content immediately. With RiteTag, just with forever-free features, we curate content, aggregate, use the content discovered in RiteTag (with full attribution to original content sharer) where we wish. RiteTaggers curate content into Collections, move content around, scrape from many social networks, and save it for reference or copy and paste - with proper, built-in attribution of the original content creator - for aggregation into a multi-author article.

Subsequent to my taking on a small design staff to complete the web and company literature design projects that I initially led, I ordered equipment and trained staff at several key locations on personal computers, and initiated the change from sending many forms, memos and blueprints by fax between the company's offices. I was then given four months of intensive sales engineering before receiving what would remain my permanent position: International Marketing and Sales Director. I received an intensive general education in machine tooling, following which I assisted in contract negotiation with foreign suppliers as well as assisting in business with our many distributors and the largest and most prestigious of customers, including ROLLS ROYCE (U.K.), MITSUBISHI HEAVY INDUSTRIES (USA) and MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC (USA), BOEING (USA), and MCDONNELL DOUGLASS (USA). I represented SHOWA SEIKI at international machine tool expos England, France, Japan and America. I left SHOWA SEIKI in October, 1999, after completing a final project to establish the SHOWA USA headquarters office near Chicago.
